Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website or request a quote through it.
Effective 9 October 2026
1. About us
Teterboro Jets is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Teterboro Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. Our job is to source aircraft, obtain quotes from operators and support your booking; the operating carrier performs and is responsible for the flight.
2. Indicative information
Distances, flight times, hourly rates, ranges, seat counts and airport notes on this site are indicative estimates. They vary with the aircraft, operator, routing, weather, airport rules and time of booking, and they are not offers.
3. Quotes and contracts
A quote does not create a booking or bind either party. A booking exists only once you sign a charter agreement and satisfy its payment terms. Before signing, we disclose the operating carrier that will hold operational control, and the agreement sets out the aircraft, schedule, total price, payment and cancellation terms.
4. Operator confirmation
Aircraft, crews and times are subject to the operator's confirmation when you book. An option shown in a quote may be taken by another client before you accept it. Airport rules, including Teterboro's aircraft weight limit and noise procedures, can affect the final plan.
5. Taxes and fees
Each quote states what it includes. Domestic US charter is subject to the 7.5% federal excise tax and a per-passenger segment fee, and trips may also carry landing, handling, crew, de-icing, catering, Wi-Fi and international charges. Items not included are listed.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation and change rules are those set out in the charter agreement for your trip, which you see before signing.
7. Passenger responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate details of passengers, luggage and pets; to make sure every passenger carries valid identification and travel documents; and to follow the instructions of the crew and the airport.
8. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or reliance on its estimates. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected. Operating the flight, and answering for how it is operated, falls to the carrier named in your charter agreement.
9. Website use
Use the site for genuine enquiries only, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not copy its content for commercial purposes without our consent.
10. Law and changes
The law of the State of New York and the federal law of the United States govern these terms. We may amend them; the version on this page, with its effective date, applies.
