1. Who handles your information
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Teterboro Jets. "We" and "us" below mean Charter Jet One in that role. Teterboro Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
2. What we collect
The quote form sends us the details you type: your name, email address and phone number; the trip, meaning airports, dates, passengers and notes; and whether you opted in to offers. It also passes the referring page, if your browser supplies one, and any campaign tags present in the link you followed.
We do not collect payment card numbers or identity documents through this website. Where a booking requires passport or identity details, we request them separately for that flight.
3. Why we use it
To prepare and send the quote you asked for; to book and manage the flight with the operating carrier if you proceed; and, solely where you ticked the optional box, which is unticked by default, to email occasional offers. You can stop those at any time.
4. Who we share it with
The operator that would quote or fly the trip, and the providers that support our quoting and booking, such as email and website hosting. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Records are kept while your enquiry or booking is active, then for the period required by tax, accounting and other legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, a correction or its deletion. Reply to an email from us, or add a note via the quote form, and we will deal with it once we have confirmed your identity.
7. Cookies
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on this site, and no cookies are set beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the pages. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process.
8. Security
Information is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people working on your trip. Please keep card details out of the notes field.
9. Children
The site is intended for adults arranging travel and does not knowingly collect information from children. A child's details are collected only when an adult books a flight they will take.
10. Changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes apply to information collected after they are published.
